Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched from Sri Lanka within 48 hours of payment clearing, Monday to Saturday. Timeframes below are indicative and start from dispatch, not from order.

Free shipping

Worldwide shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated by weight and destination and shown before payment.

Courier partners

International orders travel with DHL, FedEx or UPS, chosen by destination and weight. All international shipments are tracked end to end. Domestic Sri Lankan orders travel by local courier.

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is collected. Numbers usually take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier's own system, so an early check may show nothing. If tracking has not moved for five working days, email info@singhafoods.com with your order reference and we will open a trace.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Prices on this site do not include import duty, VAT, GST or customs clearance charges in the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the courier or the customs authority before delivery. We cannot estimate them in advance and we cannot refund them. Parcels refused at customs and returned to us are refunded less shipping and any charges we incur.

Food import restrictions

Rules on importing dried spices for personal use vary by country, and some destinations apply quantity limits or require additional documentation. Please check your own country's rules before ordering. We declare all shipments accurately as dried spice products of Sri Lankan origin.
